This was making everything totally wrong, especially 0 wobbles. - HG/SS balls all modify capture rate, rather than ball bonus. - Everything really is integer math; even the sqrts. Bonuses are relative to 10, not 1. HP is now treated as integer math, too. - Implemented a minor game bug with very hard to catch Pokémon. ---
