I had to convert these to PAM and back to get rid of the unused palette
entries (optipng wouldn't do it for some reason). Also, most of these
sprites seem like they use too many colors (noise? dither? watermark?).
I'm not copying default forms until we actually get rest of the forms.

Add Dream World Pokémon art.
All Pokémon are present except for Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect.
All forms are present except for Zen Darmanitan.
No female art except for Frillish and Jellicent.
The art was taken from pokemon-gl.com in SWF form, converted to SVG with
pyswf, and minified with a custom script.
Although the minification does provide a modest space savings of about
1MB (5%), its real purpose was to make the art less of a pain to work
with in Inkscape (by removing unneeded <use> tags).

B/W: Footprints! Replace the old ones with a B/W rip.
The old ones were 3× for some reason and the blank ones all had Gen II's
"NONE" image. Also, the first 386 had their Gen III footprints; a
handful matched the actual feet badly enough that they changed in D/P.

And, of course, this means we aren't missing footprints for the new
Pokémon.
There was also an extra footprint for Cherrim before, even though it was
the same...?

... Also fix basurao's entries in the pokemon_form_sprites table.
Apparently pokemon_form_sprites isn't for form sprites, but for what
Eevee calls """sprite forms""". So the form names are form names, and
not just for image filenames. So the space versus hyphen matters for
flavour page links.

Fix Arceus's mismatched and missing sprites. #189
Its Platinum backsprites followed the veekun database's IDs instead of
the game's internal IDs. (Our IDs are the same, except for ??? being
moved to the end.) For example, veekun lists Fire as type #10, but the
gen IV games have ??? as type #10; 493-fire.png was the sprite for ???-
type Arceus. This is why about half of them were in a loop.
Its Normal-type Platinum backsprites were outright missing, and its ???
Platinum frontsprites were copies of Dark's instead. I reripped those.
493-normal overworld sprites were missing, but its plain 493.png sprites
were its default, Normal-type form, so I copied those.

(Re)ripped GSC sprites, sans animations. #197 #102
We now have backsprites and still-frame sprites for Crystal. I'm
considering the still-frame sprites to be the canon ones to match
Emerald; the current (backwards) animated ones have been moved to
animated/. We also now have separate backsprites for Silver even
though they're the same as Gold. Crystal's do sometimes differ.
Turns out the sprites are actually all different sizes, too; it's
just that nobody can tell in-game, since the game places them all
in the same frame. (Actually, I think it might bottom-align them
in battle and center them in the Pokédex or something; not sure.)
The backsprites are all the same size, but it's not the same size
as the ones we had before. Either way, I think it's more correct
not to pad the sprites to a uniform size, in-game display aside.
I converted my script's PPM output to PNG with OptiPNG. It seems
to have rounded the five-bit-per-channel colors to fit eight bits
per channel, which I like. (Rather than flooring or something?)
