Mainly new mega forms from OR/AS, but also:

- Cosplay Pikachu forms

The image for uncostumed Cosplay Pikachu is identical to the normal
Pikachu, so is omitted.

Hoopa and Volcanion were probably available before OR/AS, but
whatever. Now we have them.

Mawile has a new image. Dunno why. All the other images are exactly the
same as before.

Update cropped images to be based off of ORAS

As stated in the README, a few sprites are still from Serebii to fill
in PkParaíso's gaps.  Shiny alt forms for Unown, Arceus, and Genesect
are still missing, since neither PkParaíso nor Serebii had them.

Sync X/Y sprites with Serebii.

- Arceus forms were mixed up (my fault).

- New Inkay, Phantump and Trevenant sprites for some reason.

- New: Vivillon event patterns.

- New: Hoopa and Volcanion.

Sync Global Link artwork.

Nothing has changed, but Diancie and the event Vivillon patterns have
been added.

Copy all Furfrou sprites to 676-natural.png.

Give Large Pumpkaboo/Gourgeist the same cry as Average and Small.

This is correct, I just checked in-game.  Only Super has a lower cry.

Copy the cries of named default forms to {number}.ogg.

The previous 492.ogg was the old Land Shaymin cry.

Add the X/Y egg icon; delete 0 and egg-manaphy icons.

They still exist in old/; they just don't exist in X/Y.

Add X/Y cries, courtesy of soneek.

Old ones moved into old/.  We should probably come up with a better
system than shoving everything into old/ or gen-v/ or whatever.

Note that we only get HM icons for normal, flying and water. We could
fake the other types by copying the palettes from the TM icons, but i'm
fine with this.

The Bicycle, Xtransceiver (and Dropped Item), and Holo Caster each come
in two different colors. The Common Stone, Shalour Sable, and Travel
Trunks are not yet in the db (they are unused). Gram 1 has an icon but
Gram 2 and Gram 3 do not so i copied 1's.

I didn't add Latiasite or Latiosite.

Update item filenames.

Rerip X/Y Pokémon icons.

All eighteen of these Arceus icons are identical, but the game does
actually point at that icon eighteen times, and it was the only
Pokémon left for which we didn't have separate icons for separate
forms.  It'll be nice not having to special-case it.

The sprites in right/ are actually not mirrored in the games' guts, but
they're only ever displayed mirrored — that's the whole point, even — so
I flipped them.  (I built the flipping right into the ripper, so they
still have immaculate palettes, sBIT chunks, etc.)

Add a cropped Diancie sprite, too.

Copy Thundurus's default form.

All the art shrunk slightly. (The canvas is still 300x300; only the art

I had to convert these to PAM and back to get rid of the unused palette
entries (optipng wouldn't do it for some reason). Also, most of these
sprites seem like they use too many colors (noise? dither? watermark?).

I'm not copying default forms until we actually get rest of the forms.

Add X/Y sprites, from Serebii.

Note that these are incomplete, as some Pokémon are unobtainable
and others simply haven't been added yet. There are no placeholders for
missing sprites.

Fix some Global Link artwork filenames.

Note that the Global Link doesn't distinguish between the various sizes
of Pumpkaboo (and Gourgeist), so i'm still not copying the artwork to
710-average.png, etc.

Tweak the shadow type icon.

- Make it the same width as the other icons

- Change the A and W to match the other icons

available in a vector format.

Some items do not have dream world artwork: all key items, mail, TMs and
HMs, Wonder Launcher items, Data Cards (from HG/SS), and the following

 - Cherish Ball and Dream Ball
 - Odd Keystone

Add Dream World Pokémon art.

All Pokémon are present except for Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect.
All forms are present except for Zen Darmanitan.

The art was taken from pokemon-gl.com in SWF form, converted to SVG with
pyswf, and minified with a custom script.

Although the minification does provide a modest space savings of about
1MB (5%), its real purpose was to make the art less of a pain to work
with in Inkscape (by removing unneeded <use> tags).

Fix two misnamed portraits.
